Wonderful single level villa with tiled floors that backs up to a conservation area so nature is our neighbor! (Often includes Sand Hill cranes. :) Just a short walk to the resort clubhouse and close to the entrance of the resort community as well. Tenant(s) private space includes: 2 bedrooms; one with a king bed, one with a queen. (Sleep 4 &5 on the floor plan.) Each has a dresser, closet and TV with cable. Private bathroom with shower. Private entertainment den with sofas and a TV; hallway access to the pool. Shared space with owner includes kitchen and dining areas, laundry room, game room, covered patio and pool. -30 days minimum -No pets -2 person maximum occupancy. -Background check required. If approved, $300 deposit to hold dates and returned no later than 14 days after departure if there are no outstanding payment or damage after departure. -Renters insurance for the duration of the stay which you can secure on your own or I have suggested providers also.
