Amenities for the association include pool (the only one in Shaver lake!!), spa, sauna, extra bathrooms and showers, clubhouse, gate, snow removal, storage for boats, landscaping maintenance, and trash service. A quick 35 mins to China Peak by car and a 20 min walk to town. The perfect mountain getaway without all the maintenance of a single family home!
