Community Rules & Parking The community HOA enforces a strict 25 mph speed limit. A radar sign and speed-monitoring camera are located on Resorter Road near Interlachen Lane. Tenants and their guests are required to comply with all posted speed limits and community rules. Tenants should park vehicles in the garage whenever possible. If a vehicle cannot fit in the garage, street parking is permitted. Parking in the driveway is not allowed. Visitors will not be granted access unless the gate attendant can verify the resident they are visiting. Trash Collection Trash cans must be placed at the curb on Sunday evening for Monday morning collection. Trash cans must be returned to their storage location no later than Monday evening.
