We offer a rent concession starting with 2nd month of lease: When Tenant pays rent on or before the 1st day of the month; tenant pays $50.00 less rent for that month = 1100.00 rent payment for that month. Parking in front of cabin for 2 cars. We are fortunate to have nice tenants! Tenant pays rent and electricity. Tenant sets up and pays tv cable , and internet access, etc . Water and trash service is included in Rent . Security Deposit may change due to tenant's credit report
