The house sits on approximately 1.5 + acres. The lake is approximately 60 acres. There is no public access to the lake. Lake is spring feed and is great for fishing, swimming and just enjoying a peaceful boat ride around the lake. Due to it's size it is not suitable for speed boats or jet skis. The tranquility of the lake is it's beauty. We see Great Blue Herons, Muskrat, many variety of ducks as they migrate fall and spring, Bald Eagles to name a few and a vast number of different birds on our feeders summer or winter. Good hunting for deer and turkeys is but a few steps up the drive to approximately 80 acres which is shared with 20 other residents on the lake (there are 25 homes in all on the lake). Most of the other 20 owners do not hunt. On the lake side of the house is a 48' deck with a covered area in the summer to just sit and enjoy the view or entertain. The living space of the house is 1700 sq' with a total of 2200 sq' of heated/cooled space. There is an attached 24' x 24' garage with 8' garage door height and a 26' x 36' pole barn with a well insulated built in heated workshop. In the upstairs of the house is the main bedroom, living area, family area, dinning area and kitchen along with 1 1/2 baths. Also there is a large closet as you come in from the garage. One side of the upstairs is done in barn wood. On the other side barn wood trim is used while the walls are sheet rock. Underneath the barn wood on the one side there is sheet rock. The kitchen currently has a new gas range, relatively new refrigerator, new over the range micro, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is a connection for an electric range behind the current range. Counter is granite. Over the sink is a wine rack and bread box and under the right side of the counter top is a 4 drawer spice rack. See above pictures In the downstairs area is the second bedroom, bath and other finished area that could be used however you wanted. This side of the lower level is a walkout. On the other side of the lower level is the furnace area and large storage area. It is not a walkout. Heating, water heater, dryer and range are fueled by propane as well as the workshop heat. The propane tank is comes with the house is would be owned by you which saves money over rented tanks. The washer and dryer are located in the half bath as you come in from the garage. They are both fairly new and are a pair. Roof is new last year. The HOA dues are actually $200/yr and cover the cost of maintaining the 3/4 mile of lake road summer and winter.
