Waimanalo Beach is spectacular, miles of white sandy beach stretching in both directions. The Beach Lot community is a friendly, easy going neighborhood and there are a few good restaurants in easy walking distance. Really an ideal place to live. The cottage has just gone through a top to bottom renovation, with beautiful new floors, freshly painted throughout, a new refrigerator, new stove, new window AC unit, etc. It's a perfect space for a single, quiet professional who loves beach life, appreciates simple natural beauty, is very clean (this is important to me), would like to live on a shared property with friendly people who love the community aspect of this property but also value their own and others privacy and a quiet lifestyle. No smoking inside or out. One indoor cat is welcome. Rent is $2,800 and includes utilities (basic electricity, water, yard service, WiFi, pest control). Parking for one vehicle is on the street directly in front of the property. There's a shared washer/dryer in the carport and an outdoor beach rinse off shower.
