This house is part of a large, gated property where the main home is owner occupied. There's a shared washer/dryer in the carport. Outdoor shower for rinse-off from the beach. Designated parking for one car on the street, directly in front of the property. There's a $200/month utility fee which includes water, electricity, WiFi, gardening service, standard cable TV and pest control service. Great neighborhood! Very quiet, peaceful, friendly folks, amazing beach. No smoking, inside or out. One pet will be considered on a case by case basis.
