We are an antiracist, feminist, social justice loving household interested in someone who is cool with all of that! I work from home 2 days a week (will be using the 3rd room as my office) and my partner is also around the place quite a bit. I love company and am excited about having a roommate but I also like my personal space and time, and am pretty easy to get along with! In my spare time I like riding my bike around Sacramento, making dinner with friends and going to bed at 8PM so I can wake up to see the sunrise. What: 1 bedroom in 3 bedroom Oak Park home (1,300 square feet) Date of move in: The place will be move-in able in early to mid December Price: $1,000 + utilities Must haves: okay with a dog, no drama, strong communicator, pays rent on time The place is a 5 minute bike ride south of McClatchy Park. It has all new appliances (fridge, washer, dryer, microwave, stove). It has HVAC, a sweet patio, new electrical breaker, roof recently replaced and a nice overall place! My sweet lab-boxer, named Jada, also lives with us. She is very well trained and is a low key doggo. The house is 1,300 square feet and we are looking to rent out the back room which has a nice sized closet, great lighting and you can access it through the back door and side gate if folks are looking for some additional privacy.
