The townhouse is close to public transit, dining, shopping, and other local attractions. The Kitchen has granite counter-tops. We recently added a new microwave and a new dish-washer. We had a thorough cleaning, and have completed the interior/exterior painting. This place looks like brand new! We have another townhouse across that will be available on March 1, 2025. It is across from this unit too. Both units are nearly identical. We will hold open house based on interest. Please contact for further details. The tenants are responsible for all utilities, which include and are not limited to water, sewer, electric, internet, and/or cable. Part of the damage deposit will be non-refundable. We are looking for a lease 1 year. Ideally, we prefer 15 months plus lease term. The lease rent will increase based on property and insurance tax increases.
