Awesome lake-front home that is close to North Bay Park, the airport. The house is located close to downtown and out of Ocean Shores (for those working outside of Ocean Shores). I'm looking for great responsible renters and in return I will be an awesome landlord. Look at the pictures, read the info and send me a message if you're interested. Renter responsible for all utilities. For convenience, we pay all of the utilities up front and then invoice you for them once a month. So, you don't have to go through the hassle of setting up service or worrying about remembering to pay the utilities. Due dates for both rent and utilities are flexible and can be either monthly or based on when you receive paychecks. I want a tenant who will enjoy the house and take care of it and stay current with the rent. So, each December, if the house is still in great shape and all the rent has been kept current, I'll refund $100/month back to you to help with Christmas costs. (Example: if you rented it from April 1 through Christmas, you could get back $900 at Christmas and $1,200/year for a full year. The deposit can be removed if you have great landlord references. Pets will be considered but require an additional deposit and fee.
