Short Term Lease Available! Apartment is in good shape, just me and my daughter who live here. This is a unit on the edge of the complex, so it has nice windows that look into the grass and forest. Windows all around 3 sides of the apartment. It also has a fire place in the corner. Apartment is on the bottom floor. I am moving out of my apartment unit before the lease is due. If I am able to find someone to take it, this will save me the cancellation fee of twice my rent. You would sign a lease directly with the agency. The official website for the complex is I have really enjoyed living here. Neighbors are all good, even the people upstairs are quite. There is covered parking directly across from this apartment unit. I would recommend this place to someone looking for a short term lease.
