This is a low rise unit on the third floor. There is no elevator so people with mobility issues should keep this in mind. Views from the porch outside the unit are stunning with plenty of emerald water to sit and watch. The eastern location of Thomas Drive is calm with less high rise traffic but does have many options within walking or driving distance. Parking is limited to one car at our designated space. This unit is a STR and rents well. Come get your toes in the sand in this oasis tucked away one street from the white sandy beach and emerald water!
