3 bdrm, 2 ba, 2150' sq.ft., with attached parallel breeze way, single carport and storage room. Built in the early 1950's, the carport was enclosed to make a 3rd bedroom and a new covered brick walkway from the back door out into the bricked breezeway, cement carport, and central air & heat, completed between 1960 - 1975 by different owners. In 2001, the house was purchased and renovations slowly began around 2004. The only bath room was renovated with a dual sink tile countertop on a large dual cabinet doors base on either side of large central drawers, a large vertical bathroom cabinet, clawfoot tub and recessed toilet all on a tiled floor. Next, the kitchen renovation began along with a formal dinning room addition. We transformed the third bedroom, (the enclosed carport), into a double vanity sink on marble with marble backsplash and a hugh lighted vanity all atop solid wood cabinet bases, a solid wood bench seat/chest, next to a jacuzzi corner tub, followed by a discreetly hidden toilet with an upper all wood cabinet and built in shelves butting up to the solid glass door of the slated walk in shower. After this, we stopped and never finished our renovations ( mostly superficial ). We did change the carport roof to metal and the supporting posts to cedar. The private patio us just outside the kitchen and was built after adding double inward swinging patio doors.
