Phone app unlocks doors and is really easy to use. Nice to not have to carry keys! High ceilings and new finishes/appliances. I was the first tenant and am a clean freak - everything is just like new! The open kitchen and large fridge have been awesome and are great for anyone who likes to cook. In unit Washer/Dryer has been awesome too. Only 8 units in the building and tenants keep to themselves but are all very friendly. Awesome location close to Wells St. Sublease would run from Nov. 1-May 31, but unit could be available for move in as early as Oct. 28th at no extra cost! taking over a lease from November 1-May 31, can re-sign at the property upon lease end
