Animal and farm maintenance in exchange for housing. The ideal tenant would be an individual or couple who want to get out of the rat race and enjoy the quiet, love the outdoors, and farm life. The ranch is large, and arrangements could be made for garden space, chickens, etc. If you have agricultural or animal skills, a business venture will be considered for a profit sharing arrangement. Horse breaking / training is a large plus, since we have facilities for the work. The land is close to Franklinton, and you would need a car to get around. The housing is a single wide with it's own space. No criminal record. No Drugs. We discourage young children because of the animals on the property. Owner pays for the housing and the utilities. (up to a maximum). We don't pay for cable or internet. Maintenance of the housing is handled by the renter. We expect you to keep your house clean, and your area junk free.
