Forsythe Avenue and Louisville Avenue are nearby and both provide shopping and dining options. The landlord provides lawn maintenance and pays gas, water and garbage. Tenants are responsible for electricity. There is central heat and cooling. We have 6 month leases with an application fee of $25. Recent pay stubs or other methods to show income are required. A monthly income of $2,200 or higher is required. A credit check is performed on each prospective tenant to ascertain prompt payment of bills.
