You would be joining a roommate (PhD student) who has lived in the house for the last 5 years (who lives in the third bedroom). The place is cozy, pretty classic Manayunk row - about 1,100 square feet. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. The house has a small front porch and backyard as well. Washer/dryer in the basement. Looking for someone who will take care of the house. Price is $1700/month total plus utilities ($850 per person). We will need proof of income (at least 4-6 months), 1 previous landlord reference (if applicable) and first and last month's rent, and security deposit. Looking for a 12-15 month lease.
