Hi, Thanks for looking at this awesome rental! A quick back story: My wife Erin and I have lived in Summit at Sausalito apartments for almost two years now and have absolutely loved it. We've just purchased our first home and looking for new tenants to take over our beautiful Sausalito Loft. A few things about the area: Location - These apartments are up in the headlands, found about 10 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge, and a quick drive to downtown Sausalito or Mill Valley. I remember our first time visiting; we were amazed how peaceful this area is, a direct contrast from the busy city where I spend my days - still one of my favorite things about the area. Commute - If you commute to the city, it's very easy and one of the most beautiful commutes you'll ever have, whether you're taking the ferry (which I do most of the time) or driving in. Vibes - Most of the people up in the area are the outdoor type, and since you have direct access to headlands hiking/running/walking/biking trails, you'll always run into neighbors as you're walking your dog or overlooking Richardson Bay. Pets - Speaking of Dogs, my favorite part about moving out here was having a great place to get a puppy! Other than human neighbors, we have a ton of feline and canine neighbors (the best kind of neighbors) The Apartment - 3rd Floor Lofted One-Bedroom with a balcony and amazing view! Need I say more? There's also a Gym, Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQs and lounge area for the community included in your rent. We are going to miss the Gym and Jacuzzi! Once we move out, the Apartment is actually going to have a few small renovations done (painting, carpets & cabinets I think), so the apartment will be move in ready as of March 15th.
