Tenant Rental Criteria MUST have a Credit Score of 550+ FICO. Gross Monthly Income MUST be 3 times the Monthly Rent of Property trying to Rent. MUST have Good Rental History No Evictions or Owing Any kind of Money of a Previous Rental Property (repairs/Rent, etc.) Be able to pay Security Deposit & a Full Months Rent We do a nationwide background check. This includes criminal background. There are some felonies that would be reason for denial. Any that involve ANY violence or Selling Drugs are some examples. If you have an eviction or owe someone for rent - automatic denial. All adults 18 years plus must submit an application - application fee is $50. Per adult. We Allow Pets 30 Lbs. or Less. We have Breed Restrictions that our Insurance doesn't ALLOW.
