The porch and second bedroom overlook the center lake with a beautiful water fountain. The gated community is small, private, and offers a pool with a cabana, one reserved parking per unit, and many additional guest parking throughout. It is just a few minutes from the Greenway (417) (which connects in less than 5 minutes to I-4). There are tons of restaurants (too many to list in here), several movie theaters, and plenty of shopping (Seminole Towne Center Mall, Colonial Town Center, Super Target, Super Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Circuit City, Lowe's, Sam's, and many more). The Orlando-Sanford International Airport is just 10 minutes away with flights to many mayor Cities in the Country. Application Details: A non-refundable fee of $40.00 (FORTY DOLLARS) per applicant to cover the cost of processing the owner's application. This fee will be collected on submission of the owner's application. The owner will arrange with third-party company to conduct a credit and background check per applicant. Owner will still require the applicant to complete owner's application even if applicant uses other methods of credit and background check. If applicant is approved by the owner's application, applicant understands that an additional application and non-refundable fee of $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS) per applicant is required by Bono & Associates, Management LLC (Homeowner's Association) to also conduct a credit and background check. Rental Details: Rent per month is $1700.00 (includes HOA fees). Applicant must go through application process, standard credit and background check (cost to be paid by applicant). Refundable deposit of $1700.00 with first month's rent is required before move- in. Non-refundable fee of $300.00 for pets (one dog or two cats) under 20 pounds. Pets over 20 pounds not allow by Home owner association. Renter must maintain upkeep of the property exterior according to the Homeowners Association rules.
