I have a three-bedroom, three-bath home. I can walk to the AT, tennis courts, pool, and Ski Hill. The ski hill has been redone with state-of-the-art snowmaking, and the lodge has been gutted and rebuilt with a restaurant and bar. There is plenty of privacy in a gated community near the NC and TN border. Hike the Appalachian Trail and enjoy the deer and other wildlife as you chill in the most fantastic climate at 4000ft. The area is safe, quiet, and peaceful, and sees a million stars at night. There are two master suites at each end of the house and a third room with two twin beds. This home sleeps six guests comfortably and has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The house has two king-bed master bedrooms with attached en-suites, a full guest bathroom, and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. The master suites have king beds, some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Everything has been upgraded, including a new HVAC, jacuzzi, deck, and gutters. The house has been set up as an Airbnb and is fully furnished, so it will be rented furnished. Wolf Mountain Lodge is in the gated community at Wolf Laurel Ski Resort. It is an excellent place for the Whole family. It offers swimming, skiing, hiking, bike riding, tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground for the kids, a large Pavilion with an outdoor fireplace for picnicking beside the pool, trout fishing, and horseback riding stables. The renter will pay for the utilities, electricity, water, and internet cable. I will cover the propane for the HVAC gas fireplace and garbage. Garbage must be dropped down the mountain at the community garbage facility as you head toward I-26. There is no garbage pickup. There is a mailroom where you can pick up and drop your mail off. The house has a beautiful, easy-to-use gas fireplace for ambiance and warmth. It is dialed in for energy efficiency with a state-of-the-art HVAC for optimum temperature regulation and humidity control. I can give you options for some folks plowing snow in the community. Many roads in the WL community are not paved. My road is paved, which is ideal for year-round access. The inside of this property is fantastic, and the outside has some incredible scenery. This house is beautifully decorated with fine linens and towels and is very clean and updated. Grab a glass of wine and a sweater and enjoy the beautiful mountain vistas, kick back, relax, and get some much-needed R&R in our brand-new Hot Tub and patio area, or cozy up with your favorite book and a hot cup of coffee in front of the gas fireplace.
