Owner pays for all utilities (electricity, internet, water, and trash) with a monthly cap of $150 on electricity. Any tenant who goes over the electricity cap must pay any overage for that bill by the 15th of the month. Smoking is allowed outside only and NOT in the garage or with the garage open PLEASE.
