Owner pays for all utilities (electricity, internet, water, and trash) with a monthly cap of $150 on electricity. Any tenant who goes over the electricity cap must pay any overage for that bill by the 15th of the month. Smoking is allowed outside only and NOT in the garage or with the garage open PLEASE. Cleaning offered during your stay IF you request it but the cost is $125 per cleaning and must be scheduled. Linens and cookware provided as well as fully furnished townhome. Lawncare is provided by the owner as well as pest control.
