ROOM FOR RENT I'm renting out the basement in my townhouse. Its an 800 sq foot space that is fully furnished with- (a king size bed, a sofa, a coffee table, a desk with a wide seat chair and a lamp, a mini fridge, a shark vacuum, a custom made coat rack, and a screen tv). There is a washer and dryer hookup in the basement and I will be buying a new set for the basement around Black Friday until then you'd be sharing the one we have on the top floor. There's a semi walk in closet with tons of space, some shelving at the end of the hallway for more storage and your own private bathroom with even more storage. You also have access to the back yard from the basement. The shared spaces include the kitchen, dining room and living room. I do have a cat that loves being in everyones business so hopefully you like cats :) That being said I'm not gonna allow other pets bc he's scared of dogs and has never been around other cats before. Living here currently is myself and another female so i'd prefer to only rent the room to a female. There will be a security deposit of $800 Must have references and a good work history as well. Utilities are included in the $850 a month:) The shortest term I would do is 6 months longest is a year but you can always resign the lease to do another year:) You'll have your own parking spot out front, I'd prefer if you didn't smoke, vaping is fine though. You're responsible for cleaning up after yourself. I like to keep the shared spaces pretty clean.
