Coastal Oaks at Nocatee Toll Brothers buyer beware. I am one of a number of homeOwners out here in this situation, and all the surrounding homes are having there value impacted or just can't sell do to there own defects. My home has Foundation damage, foundation leak, exterior walls falling off, defective pool, roof leak, window leak, 2 defective water heaters , water damage, home Is insurable and unsellable, toxic mold, termites, electrical and plumbing issues . My attorney ordered an appraised it came in at $125,000 and a second appraisal even lower, St John's County tax value $69,000, Toll Brothers offered only $500 for damages and claims no responsible for defects. Toll Brothers instructed there attorneys to ignore our complaint and demand. This has been going on since early 2012.
