Late model (2017) manufactured home in the town’s premier senior (55+) mobile home park, Trails West, located close to the historic village of Old Mesilla with its many events and restaurants. A few months ago I was planning on having a new home built in the park and then this home came on the market and I immediately scooped it up. It's larger than the one I was going to build, LOTS cheaper, and like new. Unfortunately, plans change - moving to California so must sell this beautiful home. It’s right across the street from the new clubhouse with indoor pool, gym and adjacent dog park. Photos are from when I bought the house. One change I’ve made is to replace the living room carpet with matching (kitchen/dining) vinyl tile.
