The Bennett House has a shared laundry room and main floor lobby. There are front (off the inside, from the lobby) and rear (via outdoor stairs) entrances. A one car parking space is provided on the property near the rear entrance, with alley access. Lease terms also have a $90.00 fee for flat rate utilities which include natural gas/heat, water, trash/recycling services, and the building's shared laundry room with 2W/D. Therefore the breakdown of the $945/month lease payment is based upon the following: $855 rent and $90 flat rate utilities, due by noon the first day of each month. Renter is responsible for a separate metered electric bill for unit #6, estimated to be around $40-50/month. On site laundry room with 2 W/D has no additional fees associated with it's use; and is for tenant use only. No smoking or pets permitted. On site parking for one car, with alley entrance. This lease also includes joint tenant snow removal responsibilities for the stairway leading to apartment, and an adjacent concrete patio area during the winter months. Fall, Summer and Spring months' shared tenant responsibilities include picking up trash, garbage debris, and fallen tree debris such as leaves and branches. Lease will actually be a 15 month lease; and will end in the month of July on July 29, 2027 for the annual lease period; if renewing, then no disruption leading into the next lease will occur other than the scheduled annual carpet cleaning for July 30 or 31. Tenant is responsible for fees for apartment #6's annual professional carpet cleaning, which is arranged for all units within the building by the ownership/management group, to minimize fees for everyone in the building. Please note: we are accepting the applications through the Zillow portal, and so you need to complete, pay for, and submit a Zillow renter's application to use when applying for this property.
