The Bennett House has a shared 2Washers/2Dryers laundry room, which has no associated charge to use, which is easily assessed. There are front and rear entrances to this apt, making it super convenient. The private parking lot is located at the rear of the property with alley access. This apartment has a one car parking allocation within the private parking lot; an additional parking space is negotiable. Total rent is $1555. Rent is $1420 plus a flat rate utility fee of $135, which includes water, sewer, gas, laundry room, and trash/recycling services. (Meaning all utilities are included in the $1555 monthly lease amount) Tenants at 420 BENNETT HOUSE are collectively responsible for shoveling the walks around the building, as well as property's landscape trash pickup, weeding, and watering.
