Welcome Home at newly renovated Devonshire! This three-story 1920s' brick building is located on Wall Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues. The Devonshire underwent a full-scale renovation that was completed in 2024. The restoration spanned a broad scope of work, including all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Apartment interiors were outfitted with LED lighting, new stainless-steel appliances, fresh kitchen and bathroom cabinet packages, new doors, and high-performance glass. New exterior wall insulation, roof insulation, and fresh windows enhanced energy efficiency and interior climate control, while also dramatically reducing the impact of street noise.
