House is kept clean and owner takes care of weekly cleaning. Owner occupies upstairs and works overnight shift so rarely crosses paths with daytime workers. There are two dogs that occupy the common areas so you must like dogs. Deposit is $800. If you have a pet the deposit is $400. Background check required after deciding to move forward with renting Pets ok as long as they can co-habit with my two pups. Lease is month to month but as long as everything is kosher, you need not worry about being asked to move out. Smoking outside only. Cannabis and alcohol ok only. This room includes off street parking. Once we have met and you decide to move forward, a $35 background check is required but not before then.
