Back door opens onto porch with small fenced in back yard. Detached office/studio is one large room with many windows. Separate HVAC system for the office/studio. EV charger available for your electric vehicle. The location is awesome, you can walk 100 ft or so to some of the best eateries and cool hang-outs in central Austin: Asti Trattoria, Quack's Bakery, Julio's Cafe, Antonelli's Cheese Shop, Uncle Nicky's, Curra's, and Hyde Park Bar & Grill. And if you need to get that last minute quart of milk or steak, Fresh Plus grocery store is right there close by. Bus stop at 43rd and Duval, one block away, takes you to UT and downtown. A couple of blocks to Shipe Park - everything you need is in walking distance. Main house is 1200 ft^2. Office/studio is 300 ft^2. Off street parking is available, but no garage or car port. Parking space in driveway under the pecan tree has a canvas canopy over it. No dogs but a cat would be OK with pet deposit. Looking for long term tenants. Managed by long term owner, (34 years and counting!), and a current resident of Hyde Park. No dogs!
