Sweet little place near TU, the market district, and the highway. Very cozy and the house is furnished with refrigerator, microwave, and washer and dryer! I have a large coffee table for the living room and table and chairs for the dining room as well if wanted no extra charge. It has a huge backyard and I'm open to ideas on what you have in mind for it! Great for a huge garden or backyard oasis. Willing to contribute depending on plans. Pets okay for additional deposit of $450. Occupant responsible for electric, gas, H20/utilities and trash. Yard work also assumed by occupant.
