The home is non-smoking, but the renter can smoke outside on the patio, balcony, or front of the home. Parking is not assigned/reserved, but 2 spaces are assumed for the unit directly in front in the dedicated parking lot. Minimum of 12 month lease, up to 36month. Leases over 12 months will maintain rent at the original lease amount. The renter will be responsible for home upkeep and maintenance (within the interior of the home), such as replacing the HVAC filters, addressing common plumbing issues (clogging, etc.), etc. Deposit, including pet deposit is due with first month's rent. Owner will hold deposit in a separate bank account and return the applicable portion after a home inspection following the move out.
