Our landlord requires the following: -Applications must be completed online through RHAWA and require a $40 fee, along with employment, credit, and rental history/reference screening. -Applicants must have a credit score of at least 725 and a good rental history with on time payments, no prior evictions, and no open bankruptcy. -You have to provide a reference name and phone number from your previous residence, a current employment reference, and a copy of photo ID. -In addition, you'll need $300,000 in liability insurance and provide proof of that insurance.
