Island Lake Elementary school, Chippewa middle school, and Mounds View High School are very strong in Academic and extracurricular activities with results better than private schools. Chippewa Middle School and Mounds View High School (MVHS) have the best Science Olympiad programs in MN and represent MN for several years to compete nationally! If you have kids, it is the best investment for your children's future. Monthly rent includes your garbage collection, snow removal, and outdoor swimming pool fee in summer. Tenant pays their own usage of electricity, water, gas, phone/internet, cable/satellite, and renter insurance.
