This is an RV for rent. It is a bunkhouse, perfect use for any kiddos or just to use as a closest. It is very spacious; it comes with all of the amenities of the park. Such as swimming pool, laundry facilities, playground, dog park, and your own little yard. The park has a nice little store equipped with some main household items you may need. The flooring in the main living area has been replaced. We have two different prices for the camper, first price is $950 a month plus electric, so first month would be 1,450.00. Our second pricing is a flat rate option with everything included and that is $1,075 so the first month would be 1,575.00. You get the first fill up of propane for free, after that you would be responible for any of the propane usage, we do have a propane fill station. Renter is responsible for all utilities; first propane fill is on us. We do require a lease agreement to be filled out as well as a driver's license. We do a walk through with you going over everything. If you have any questions we are always around to help in anyway.
