This is an RV. 30 foot long it has a bunkhouse that can be used as an additional closet. Our park amenities include swimming pool, bathhouse, laundry, playground, dog park, each spot has its own yard. We do have party areas, indoor and outdoor. All bills included priced at $1100 a month with a $500 cleaning deposit. 1st month is $1600. (Propane is 1 fill per month.) Lease duration is month to month, with a 30-day notice of wanting to vacate the property. We will cover propane once a month, anything over that you are responsible for. When getting propane, you are responsible for turning it off tanks, un-plugging tanks, re-plugging tanks and clearing excess gas on the stove top. (We will show you how it is done) You are responsible for cleaning out the black tank. We suggest a bi-weekly basis. (We will show you how it is done). Please absolutely no wipes, only septic safe toilet paper. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the camper, if you are caught you will lose the full deposit. If you break something there will be an additional fee applied to your rent. (It will be an itemized receipt on damages.) If something isn't working correctly, please let us know we will get it fixed as soon as possible.
