Kids would go to either Schnecksville, Orefield, or PHS. It's 1440 square feet, 3 bedrooms & 2 1/2 bath. Rent would be $1900 a month. Tenants pays utilities & maintains the yard. Looking for first month's rent and security deposit at time of signing the lease. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and the yard. No pets preferred. No smoking.
