Private living area downstairs. Private entrance and driveway. No shared space in home. Shared space is the yard and boat dock. Boat is not shared and is not part of the rental. This is a one bedroom one bath. With a living room. It has a washer dryer combo, listing says washer/dryer are shared but they are not. Zillow did not give me an option for laundry in unit not shared. Awesome view of the lake. A fire pit area to enjoy. Require background check and rental references. One month minimum. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No parties. Only two people allowed to rent. No smoking and no pets.
