Great little mobile home perfect for first time buyers or someone who just wants a fantastic place to live. Neighbors are really nice and the park is becoming an awesome place to be with updates. Close to downtown Geneva and also just a 15 minute drive to Geneva on the Lake. Pet friendly (up to two pets) and you pay for lot rent ($380), water, and sewer on one bill. Then you have to pay for electric and propane on your own. We love living here, we just want to move and be closer to the water. Things it has: Fire pit in yard, large deck, small covered porch, spacious shed, large double closets in master bedroom, newer water heater, new heat tape, and a new toilet/vanity that need put in but will come with the home. Things it needs: New carpet in livingroom (or laminate, whatever you want really), new cabinet under kitchen sink, new door for one bedroom, one new stair on deck, and a new screen door (if you want one).
