This fully furnished master bedroom is ready to go for $1,500, couples preferred. A single parent with a small child is good too, I only worry about a single income. You get a king size bed, a couch, a 75in flat screen TV, some dressers, huge walk in closet, double sinks.. need I say more? I am looking for tenants who work full time, background checks are a must, and last two paychecks. Bad credit? No worries! There will be NO credit check.
