Fancy Suite, Lower Level You are invited to stay in our stylish and spacious garden suite, located on the lower level of our home. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite offers a modern kitchen and private patio. "Our Songbird Suite" comes from the beautiful chorus of birds you will hear from sunrise to sunset. We are located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to the Blue Ridge Mountains (w/ easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway) as well as other worthwhile City of Lynchburg amenities. The furnished space The first "room" you will notice is your private patio where you can sit and enjoy the sounds of nature. As you enter the suite you will find a comfortable seating area where you can read a good book, watch your favorite TV shows or a movie (please note we do not have cable or any streaming services - instead we offer a monitor with an HDMI cord to hook up to your laptop or other device). The full kitchen is modern and has most of what a tenant needs, including a dishwasher. A washer, dryer, iron and board are available. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with a spacious walk-in closet. Finally, the bathroom offers plenty of space to store personal toiletries and provides a bathtub/shower combo.
