Minutes away from the 110 and 5 freeways. 7-min walk to the Gold line train stop (5-mins to downtown from this stop). 5-min drive to Highland Park and groceries, restaurants, shops, nightlife. This house is ideal for a couple or a family. Pets will be considered with deposit.
