The villa boasts a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, as well as a screened patio and pool area. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Relax by the sparkling, southeast-facing pool and spa all day and enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, including a clubhouse with a fully equipped fitness center, table tennis, a computer room, lounge areas, a sand-volleyball court, and a kids' play area. Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a two-day minimum. Only small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation. Any damages caused by pets or extra cleaning will be charged. The house has a driveway that can accommodate four cars, but there is no street parking available.
