This vacation villa is located in a quiet part of Cape Coral at Arrow Head Lake. The house has a total of 1482 sqft. and offers with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms enough space for up to 6 persons. The furnishing is bright and friendly and with all comfort. The kitchen with integrated bar is equipped with modern kitchen appliances as well as granite work surfaces. The living room has a large leather couch and a 55 inch 4K TV with sound system and a Blueray player. The large sliding glass doors in the living room lead you directly out onto the patio and the large pool area. Terrace, pool and garden are south facing. Enjoy the florida sun all day long, surrounded by beautiful palm trees. There are 4 sunbeds and a gas barbecue for you and your fellow travellers. In the master bedroom you will find a king-size bed and a 49 inch 4K TV which is mounted on the wall. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the other side of the house are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom also has a large king-size bed and a 40 inch smart TV. The second guest bedroom is equipped with two single beds. There is also the guest bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower and through which you can directly access the terrace or pool. High speed internet is available throughout the property. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cool bag and even some fishing rods are at your disposal. 2 kayaks, bicycles at your own risk, navigation system and golf bags are included. To this villa you can rent a boat, even if it does not have a boat lift. We have boat lifts in the Yacht Club area and in Rosegarden.
