A little about the landlord: The apartment is located right off the LIE in Ronkonkoma. There is a family of three living on the main floor of the house. Because we are quiet, we are looking for a tenant that is respectful and responsible. We do not condone parties, substance abuse, or smoking of any kind on the property. A little about the space: The studio apartment is for one person only. Multiple people will not be accepted as the space is small and safety is our top priority. Guests are permitted on occasion, but due to the nature of the apartment, we are trying to keep private and stay low-key. The studio is newly renovated and consists of a full kitchen space, with functioning stove and full-sized refrigerator. There is spacious full-sized bathroom, with newly renovated shower. Lastly, there is a spacious private outdoor patio area to enjoy in nicer weather. During the winter, there is heat that is independently controlled and during the summer, and AC unit can be added for an additional fee. Because the apartment is new with upgraded amenities, we are looking for a clean person that will maintain the apartment. I am looking at serious candidates only.
