The space The main floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a tile standing shower, and an open living area with a fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and an eat-in nook with a table for four. The lower level is a flexible guest suite with its own full bathroom, two sleeping rooms, and a recreation room. One guest room has a twin bed, the other has a twin with a full-size trundle. The rec room has a foosball table, fireplace, sofa bed, and wall-mounted TV. It functions as its own self-contained space for kids, overflow guests, or a rainy-day hangout. Outside, the covered patio has a dining table for eight and a brick accent wall. The fenced backyard has a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, mature shade trees, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Paved driveway with room for multiple cars. Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Outdoor furniture, grills, and exterior equipment are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day.
