The townhouse is perfectly located in South Tampa with quick and easy access to Downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg. The community is very quiet and friendly. A rental application verifying identity and income qualifications must be received prior to any showing of the home. *We are NOT interested in property management companies nor corporate housing companies. Please stop spamming us.* BEDROOM & OFFICE: The townhouse has two bedrooms, one of which has a Serta Queen Bed; the other bedroom is set up as an office, and both of which have queen-sized beds. LIVINGROOM: The living room has a new Ashley Furniture couch and matching ottoman, a large velvet papasan perfect for reading, and a smart TV with Roku remote. I have the TV set up where if you access my profile, you will be logged into Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Apple+, and HBO at no extra charge. WIFI: WiFi is included at no extra charge. BATHS: There is a full bath upstairs with a shower/tub combo. The shower has two shower heads and fantastic water pressure. There are body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for use at no extra charge. The downstairs 1/2 bath has a toilet with a bidet. KITCHEN: The kitchen is bright and cheery, with a table and two benches for dining. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home: pots, pans, bowls, dining ware, cups, and utensils for cooking and eating. There is a microwave, toaster oven, and ice maker. The kitchen has a coffee station with assorted k-pods, creamers, and sugar. Inside the fridge is a filter carafe for drinking water. The kitchen also has a stackable clothes washer and dryer for your use. OUTDOOR AREA: The townhouse has a private tropical patio outside the kitchen with seating. There are several edible plants/trees outside the townhouse that you are welcome to use the fruit from: lemongrass, Thai guava, Jamaican plum, Leaves of the Gods, lime tree, and loquat trees. COMMUNITY: The community includes two saltwater pools with shade umbrellas and lounge chairs, tennis courts, a basketball court, archery target, dog run, playground, and (my favorite) a large swing set. These areas are private and can be accessed with the fob located on the keychain. There is also a great paved walking path around the community that is approximately 1/4 mile in length and has numerous dog waste stations. PARKING: There is a reserved parking spot for the townhouse conveniently located right outside the kitchen and patio. The home is walking distance to Crunch Fitness (and two cross fit gyms), Publix grocery, hair and nail salons, Kahwa Coffee, and numerous restaurants 1 mile to the bay for fishing, kayaking, & boating 5 min to Bayshore Blvd 10 min to Hyde Park 10 min to International Plaza and Westshore shopping malls 10 min to Downtown Tampa Amalie Arena 20 min to Raymond James Stadium 15 min to Historic Ybor City 10 min to Tampa International Airport 20 min to Downtown St Pete 30 min to St Pete Beach 45 min to Clearwater Beach ON-CALL HANDYMAN Please let me know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June to November, we recommend securing travel insurance with hurricane related protection during that time. Minimum of seven nights at $950 per week; or monthly at $1,900 plus utilities per month. Rental terms under two months are considered short term rental and are not considered a month-to-month lease.
