Sorry for the delay but here are the before photos! I will post updates as we progress! I am currently in the process of refinishing a Mother-In-Law suite. Unit is located near the waterfront, Point Defiance, and the new development of Point Ruston. It is a rare unit as it does have a garage and small kitchen Unit is small but would suit a single person or student. Here are a few things I am doing to the unit: - Fresh paint - Deep clean - Possibly new stove pending technicians advice - New lights - Deep clean on the carpets You do have a small shared yard as tenant in main house will allow you to use laundry for free. I will be posting pictures as things get completed but feel free to call or text and I will gladly schedule you to see the unit. Things you may want to know about the unit: - Unit is roughly 650 square feet - Living room is good size - Bedroom is small but big enough for a queen but if you have a lot I would do a full size. - Bedroom closet is not long but holds a good amount of clothing. I am possibly adding a second pole. - Kitchen area has a smaller electric stove with a regular size fridge. For the size, cabinet space is pretty good. - The hot water heater is brand new! - The bathroom is great, except if you are a bigger person. The toilet is close to the sink. - Garage is a amazing and large enough for single compact car, man cave, or workshop. - Ceiling height will be an issue for those that are 6'2" and up. I do strongly believe that for the price the unit is a steal. Pictures coming soon! Tenant is responsible for for electric. Water, sewer, garbage is covered.
