This deposit is refundable at the end of the lease term, subject to the condition of the property upon move-out. For Pets: There is a non refundable 500 dollar pet deposit, per animal. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utility charges. Tenets can contact SRP to connect with service prior to the first day of the lease. Other services including trash removal, and internet/cable services are tenant's responsibility. Maintenance and Repairs: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Urgent repairs and maintenance issues caused by normal wear and tear will be addressed by the landlord. Tenants are responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse. Alterations: No alterations, painting, or improvements shall be done without the prior written consent of the landlord. Occupancy: Only those individuals listed on the lease agreement are permitted to reside in the property. Subletting is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from the landlord. Pets: - cats and small dogs may be permitted under the of the owner. There is a non refundable 500 dollar pet deposit, per animal. Smoking: Smoking, including MJ is not permitted inside the property. Parking: There is space for two vehicles under the fully covered driveway. Community Rules: Tenants agree to abide by all community rules and regulations, which will be provided separately. Early Termination: In the event of early termination by the tenant, penalties may apply as outlined in the lease agreement. Renewal: Tenants will be given the option to renew the lease upon its expiration, subject to any changes in terms and conditions.
