Oldaer homes, but neighborhood has been peaceful and I have enjoyed sitting out on the porch late into the night with no problems. Many surrounding homes are being renovated, so the neighborhood is constantly improving. Also good proximity to many major destinations including Washington, DC (5 minutes), Alexandria, VA (15 min), Waldorf, MD (35 min) and Baltimore, MD (45 min).
